JOB TITLE: BUSSER

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Under close supervision, responsible for clearing and cleaning tables and other areas of the restaurant. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 16 years old with 1 year of restaurant experience preferred, not required. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Must be able to attend all regularly scheduled meetings. Must very enthusiastically support the theme of the restaurant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1) Cleans tables, chairs, high chairs, booster seats and floors.
2) Properly re-sets cleaned tables.
3) Cleans guest and Employee restrooms.
4) Maintains cleanliness of parking area and grounds.
5) Assists other Bus Staff, Dishwashers, and Wait Staff in their duties.
6) Performs opening and closing cleaning duties including removal of trash from restrooms and floor mopping.
7) Assists with station prep.
8) Assists with food running.
9) Ability to demonstrate familiarity with company history, other Divine Dining Group restaurants, and basic employee policy.
10) Understands the dress code and obtains a suitable uniform.
11) Has knowledge of all company customer service policies.
